Press Releases are distributed via mail, and online.  Press Images are available by special request.  Press Access to any of the Red Nation Celebration's year-round activities should be made on an individual request by contacting the Communication Department directly.

The 3rd Annual American Indian Heritage Month in the City of Los Angeles is a project of Red Nation Celebration. The 2008 AIHM/LA-RNC is funded in part by James Irvine Foundation, Los Angeles State Historic Park, Time Warner, LA Inc./Los Angeles Convention and Visitors Bureau, LA Corps, Cal Poly Pomona Native American Student Center, Department of Cultural Affairs, The City of Los Angeles District Leader Bill Rosendahl, Pasadena Foothills Chapter of the United Nations Association, KPFK 90.7, Red Nation Radio, Red Nation Television Channel and Red Nation Holdings, Inc.

“RED NATION CELEBRATION” is the only American Indian non-profit international organization to bring attention, awareness and s dedicated to addressing American Indian image & talent within the entertainment industries, American Indian Human Rights, Children's Advocacy, and Environmental Preservation.  Red Nation Celebration founded/created and produces The Annual American Indian Heritage Month in the City of Los Angeles.  Red Nation Celebration's mission is to strengthen the voice and image of American Indian Indigenous Nations - while raising public awareness for American Indian social global causes. In the past 13 years, the Annual Red Nation Celebration events have been in the forefront of the entertainment industries and the general populus producing American Indian themed projects. Join us in Celebrating the “The 3rd Annual American Indian Heritage Month” here in The City of Los Angeles.

American Indian Hertiage Month in the City of Los Angeles is the Intelectual Property of Red Nation Celebration.

IN 2006 It was be the first time that any City or Mayor had officially recognized our heritage month.  This first heritage month was an historic, ground-breaking concept and history in the making.  Its going to take all of us “together” to make our heritage month's shine in carrying the message that "Indian Country is Strong Today."  Our heritage month will instill Hope and Pride, Empower our people, our youth and promote cultural understanding for all.

- Los Angeles is the Second largest City in the U.S.
